Man Arrested for Arson, Starting Clayton Fire

Authorities say a 40-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of starting the blaze that destroyed more than 175 homes, business and other structures in a Northern California community. In his wake, more than 4,000 acres have been scorched and the city has racked up millions of dollars in damage. Cheryl Hurd reports.
