SB I-880 in San Leandro Reopens After Shooting Investigation

All southbound lanes of Interstate 880 in San Leandro reopened Monday morning after a shooting investigation prompted officials to close lanes for several hours, according to the California Highway Patrol. Pete Suratos reports.
