Suspect Shot and Killed by Police After Dragging Officer by Car

San Jose police shot and killed a suspect after he dragged an officer several feet with his car. The suspect drove the vehicle toward police and one officer was struck, dragged and “pinned between the stolen vehicle and a parked car”. Marianne Favro reports.
