Thousands Attending Outside Lands Music Festival

San Francisco’s biggest music festival of the year includes dozens of performers, drawing tens of thousands of people to Golden Gate Park–along with noise, trash, and traffic. NBC Bay Area’s Jean Elle reports from the park with more on the effort to keep the peace and keep things moving.
