Woman Allegedly Vandalizes Cars Outside Martinez Jail to Ensure Re-Arrest

A woman, who was released from the Martinez Detention Facility Monday morning, allegedly vandalized vehicles outside the 1000 Ward Street property, claiming she wanted to stay in jail. Jodi Hernandez reports.
