Woman Has a Hard Time Getting UPS to Deliver

A Morgan Hill woman who lives on a partial dirt road said one UPS driver was refusing to deliver packages to her home because he said the road was dangerously bumpy. Instead of delivering the parcels, the driver had been leaving them at the end of the road or dropping them at UPS location in San Jose, nearly an hour away. We contacted UPS, and within hours, the problem was fixed. UPS apologized and promised the woman that all packages would be delivered to her doorstep. Chris Chmura reports.
