Dozens of rescues after tropical storm Hilary hits Riverside County

The rain has stopped in Southern California but tropical storm Hilary caused sink holes, mud flows, flooding, and many rescues. NBC Bay Area’s Raj Mathai spoke to Michael Contreras, fire chief at Cathedral City in Riverside County, one of the hardest hit places, for some insight.
