Bay Area heat wave: Preparing for excessive heat

With triple-digit temperatures looming in some places and an excessive heat watch taking effect Friday through Sunday in most of the Bay Area, cities and residents are preparing for the sweltering conditions. Kari Hall and Emma Goss report.
