Forecast: rain chances returning

A break on Saturday with another rain chance by Sunday.

NBC Universal, Inc. Chief Meteorologist Jeff Ranieri has the latest on the storm exiting Saturday and a 2nd chance by Sunday in your 7 day Microclimate Forecast.

SUNDAY: After a brief break from the super-soaking brought on by an atmospheric river-boosted storm, we’ll see rain chances increasing through the day Sunday, with rain becoming likely for Monday into Tuesday before things trend drier for midweek and into the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. Unlike the slow-moving stalled-out storm we saw most of this week, the focus of the rain Monday-Tuesday looks to be mainly south of San Francisco, with the Santa Cruz mountains likely seeing top totals ahead.  Stay tuned.
