Vianey's Forecast: More Rain, Low Snow
The second storm in our series should arrive for Sunday keeping temps quite chilly upper 40s to low 50s and likely more wind and slightly better rain totals versus what we saw Friday. Freezing levels should dip closer to 2 to 3000 feet by Sunday evening — so there’s a decent chance of some accumulating snow on the higher hills and peaks as we wake up by Monday morning. The wildcard would be any stronger showers could mix cooler air temporarily to lower levels for a sleet mix at times… Should be an interesting Sunday evening and night. Next up is in atmospheric river enhanced pattern starting Tuesday night through Thursday. Vianey Arana has your microclimate forecast.
