Windy and Cool
CHRISTMAS DAY: Windy conditions will continue through the day with gusts near 45 mph in the hills and along the coast. Highs will ‘feel’ cooler than what the thermometer is reading thanks to chilly, dry air dropping down from the Pacific Northwest.FRIDAY: Wind sheltered valleys will start the day in the 30s with patchy frost or ice, so use caution driving before 9am. Highs will remain cool with a few high clouds in the mid to upper 50s.WEEKEND: Continued dry conditions with temps warming slightly into early next week, however another reinforcing shot of cold air will drop down over Northern California sending our daytime temps down in the low to mid 50s and more 30s for overnight temps. Its appears 2015 will be starting off with a dry, yet chilly note around the Bay Area. Merry Christmas! – Rob Mayeda
